    Implementation Guidelines for Housing Industrialization Is Successfully Held

    Times Property Group, on May 21, 2015, held a successful training program on the implementation guidelines for housing industrialization, launched jointly by the Project Management Center and the Training and Talent Development Department. In the afternoon, the program was held in the training room on the thirty-fourth floor of Times Property Center.

    Housing industrialization integrates, as a complete chain, all the procedures inherent in housing construction, which include house development, design, production of housing components, construction and management by means of promoting standard housing design, factory production, assembled construction, integrated decoration and information management. Thus it becomes possible to maximize the efficiency and quality of housing production, limit the need for human labor, decrease the cost of the housing life cycle, reduce the production and discharge of construction waste, and ultimately achieve the goal of saving energy and resources in the domain of housing construction. The promotion of housing industrialization will therefore have a lasting impact on our company, so all departments and branch offices of Times Property actively participated in the training.

    At the beginning of the program, Li Ding, an associate director of the Project Management Center, gave a powerful speech on the topic of Times Property’s implementation of housing industrialization, which definitively explained the meaning of industrialization and inspired the participants to reflect on its significance.

    As the training continued, high-level leaders and experts offered professional presentations on different aspects of the implementation guidelines for housing industrialization. Chen Qibing, the civil engineering technical director of the Project Management Center, elaborated on the outline and design of the implementation guidelines for housing industrialization; Wang Qiong, a project manager for the Zhuhai and Shenzhen branch offices, described the methods of aluminum alloy mold construction; Xiao Junbin, head of the Water Supply and Drainage Department of the Project Management Center, gave an explanation of masonry and pre-embedding equipment; Dai Gong, an expert from Guangdong Development Environmental Construction Materials Co., Ltd., shared his experience in high-precision brick construction; and Luo Jiqiu, a deputy project manager of the Guangzhou Branch (North Area), presented his planning for factory management in construction organization and on-site activity.

     

     

    Thus the participants, during four hours of systematic training, were able to assimilate the two core elements of industrial construction, namely the innovation of mature technological and technical systems and setting up the operation-management pattern of enterprise modernization through progressive administration. These elements are intended to optimize the resources of the entire industrial chain; overcome the challenges in the integration of house design, manufacture and construction; and maximize both efficiency and profitability. We are thus very confident that housing industrialization will encourage the continued development of Times Property.
