An event titled "FR Investment & Financing Gathering," co-organized by Times Property and the economics journal Financial Review (published by Nandu Media), was held in grand style on April 27, 2013 at the private theater of Times and Bund (Guangzhou).
This event is a salon with a theme of "Enterprise Investing and Financing Techniques and Market Orientation Selection." Mr. Tong Jingguo, the strategy consultant of China CEO Forum, was invited to attend a seminar about "Opening the Invisible Financing Doors for Enterprises." Road shows were also held for investors and financing obligors as means to explore new opportunities together. Many local business elites were invited to participate, including famous entrepreneurs, investors and business founders.
In the road show of business-starting projects, the founder and CEO of YouMi Mobile Internet Information and Technology Service Enterprise in Guangzhou, Mr. Chen Di, who is listed on "Forbes China 30 Under 30," shared his experience with the people attending the salon. Additionally, business-starting projects in emerging sectors such as mobile electronics were explored. This "FR Investment & Financing Gathering" provided first-hand experience and information on the various methods of financing and investing for entrepreneurs and start-ups. The investors shared their feelings and experiences in regard to investment and start-up with others, inspiring a warm atmosphere.
During the event, business elites coming to Times and Bund (Guangzhou) made it a highlight of the activity. The masterpiece epitomizes the twelve years of achievement that Times Property has amassed with its 270-square-meter artistic mansions along the Pearl River, featuring a free flow of air from south to north, capacious rooms and 10-meter scenic balconies. The participants said the philosophy of "life stylist" upheld by Times Property has greatly influenced these artistic mansions.
Sparks were generated amid the meeting of artistic feeling, investment and financing. At the same time, the gathering of business elites at Times and Bund (Guangzhou) not only enhanced communications and exchanges between Times Property and the financial circle but also served to put forth the "life stylist" philosophy.
