Times King City (Shunde) Organizes Workshop Visit & Seminar to Promote Industrialization of Aluminum Molds

Times Property Group has long been active, under the guidance of Rules of Residential Industrialization of Times Property, in its effort to promote residential industrialization. Times King City (Shunde) of the Foshan Branch, in Phase I Section II, took the lead in promoting construction with aluminum-alloy molds and walls filled with foamed concrete cast on-site.

The Project Department of Times King City (Shunde) of the Foshan Branch held a seminar on March 26, 2015, concerning the industrialization of aluminum alloy mold project, which included discussion of construction with molded aluminum alloy and walls filled with cast-in-situ foamed concrete, such methods being part of Phase I Section II. The seminar was successfully held within the Project Department at Times King City (Shunde), with attendance by the heads of Times Property Group's Human Resources Center and the Project Management Center in addition to some 50 colleagues from the Engineering Systems departments of the Foshan and Qingyuan branches.

Wang Jingjun, the project manager of Times King City (Shunde), briefly introduced the general situations of Phase I Section II. Additionally, he reported on the construction procedure for aluminum-alloy molds, new technologies for interior walls, matters needing attention in key work processes, and the competitive advantage of aluminum alloy in project and cost analysis. Subsequently, Li Ding, the deputy director of the Engineering Management Department, presented an analysis of the company's current state, emphasizing that the aluminum-alloy mold project at Times King City (Shunde) would serve to promote industrialization engineering throughout the Group.

The seminar thus concluded, various colleagues from the Project Department showed the participants around buildings 12 and 13 of Phase I Section II, where the aluminum-alloy mold project was in implementation, whereby the project's actual measurement and impression outcome were acknowledged. The participants agreed that construction with aluminum alloy molds offered convenience superior to conventional wooden molds, which accelerated the construction schedule with more favorable functions of the materials.

The seminar gave full acknowledgment to construction with aluminum-alloy molds and walls filled with on-site cast foamed concrete, as employed by the Foshan Branch in Phase I Section II of Times King City (Shunde). Thus, while an in-depth analysis has been conducted in regard to the industrialization of project engineering and the current tasks, the seminar significantly promoted the company's industrialization plan.
