The first edition of the large-scale Fantasy Ocean activity event was held at Times King City (Shunde) Sales Center from May 1st to 3rd. The event was so popular that word of the excitement quickly spread throughout the district.

The bright, endearing sea lions performed on each of the three days. There were five shows daily, and the show area had a capacity of 250 spectators. However, the sea-lion show was so popular that each performance had a standing-room-only crowd. The animals' antics brought cheers and laughter from the audience, ensuring a happy May Day holiday. Additionally, outdoor activities, such as pleasure-boating and "water battle" games were fun for the youngsters. The water games were an easy way to stay cool in the sun.

Three thousand visits is not a myth: Eager sales cause a sensation across Shunde District

This May Day holiday, Times King City (Shunde) issued homes with special pricing, limited to 20 sets. However, the event was hot even by Times Property standards, and the property was highly evaluated by all who saw it. That popularity continued throughout the three-day period, drawing more than 3,000 prospective buyers. Thirty-seven homes were sold, thus ensuring Times Property's leading position in the Shunde market.
