The Qingcheng Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University held its enrollment program and expert presentation on May 9, 2015 in the Marketing Center of Times King City (Qingyuan). Lv Yixin, headmaster of the Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University, held a seminar based on the theme, "How to grow with your children after they go to primary school: the practice of good parenting," in order to encourage parents in the process of school selection. Additionally, students from the school’s main campus held a talent show for the enjoyment of the audience.

The presentation started at 9:30 a.m., with a crowd-pleasing performance by the Affiliated Primary School Student Orchestra. Next, Xiao Hongbin, headmaster of Qingcheng Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University, elaborated on the school's principles of operation, to which the parents gave resounding applause.

To give the parents a more intuitive grasp of the running principles of the school and the enthusiastic spirit of the student body, the students from the Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University offered a variety of performances: For example, in the dubbing for the English film "Tinker Bell: Secret of the Wings," the students surprised the parents with their English fluency; in "Chinese Dream: Beauty of Reading," a contestant amazed the crowd with an inspired recitation; and in the "Yang Paifeng" group performance the young actresses gave an amazing performance in which they portrayed valiant women soldiers.

The presentation reached its high point when Headmaster Lv Yixin gave a talk titled "How to grow with your children after they go to primary school: the practice of good parenting." Based on a wealth of experience and original thinking, Headmaster Lv enlightened the parents with a number of sophisticated but practical ideas that have been implemented in China and abroad. School selection was another important aspect of the talk. The presentation was a rewarding one for all who saw it.

The Qingcheng Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University is established and managed by leadership and faculty from the main campus of the Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University. According to its master plan, the school encompasses nearly 25,000 square meters and has a total investment of RMB 100 million. There are 36 classes providing a total of 1,620 primary-school degrees. The Qingcheng Affiliated Primary School of South China Normal University started enrolling grades 1 to 3 in April this year, and classes will begin on September 1, 2015. The children of Times King City (Qingyuan) residents have priority in enrollment.
