Representatives of Times Property, among several enterprises in the Huangpu District of Guangzhou, together with members of the CCP Committee of the Yonghe Subdistrict of Huangpu District, on December 1, 2016, carried out the "Yonghe Subdistrict-Taiping Town Poverty Alleviation Visit" organized by the CCP Working Committee and the Subdistrict Office of Yonghe Subdistrict in Yangshan County. The participants included the secretary of the CCP Working Committee of Yonghe Subdistrict Huang Juntao, Taiping Town Mayor Li, Ms. Zhao Huanhui, general manager of the Investment & Development Center at Times Property Guangzhou (North) Branch, and representatives from many other caring enterprises.

Times Property provided RMB 100,000 in assistance to the underdeveloped Taiping Town, doing so with a view to helping the poverty-stricken villagers access a better way of life. Thus, representatives visited four poverty-stricken households. Mr. Huang Juntao, secretary of the CCP Working Committee of Yonghe Subdistrict, had a cordial conversation with the villagers and asked about their living conditions. Additionally, he encouraged them to face up to their present difficulties, develop a positive attitude and develop the confidence needed to transcend their plight, saying that hard work and perseverance would help lift them out of poverty.

Guangzhou Huangpu Charity has long worked in close partnership with the development programs of Times Property Guangzhou (North). Thus it was certain that the visit would deepen the subdistrict's understanding and appreciation of Times' charity work and improve corporate recognition throughout the area.
